Both standard and enterprise packages allow you to upload your current customer list. You may upload the data via an excel file that contains information such as (First Name, Last Name, Email, Address, Lawn Size). Once imported, you can then generate an outbound quote for that customer in seconds with a click of a button. All their data is preloaded into the quoting form and all you need to do is select the services you wish to include. It's that simple. If at any point their information changes, such as lawn size, address, etc., the next time you generate a quote for that customer, their information will be updated accordingly for future use.
