MLQ has helped decrease our operational and sales costs by 5% It has greatly reduced our fuel costs and time having to go out and price the customer.
How has MLQ helped you generate more sales?
As of right now, I have gained 6 new customers this month because I quoted their lawn on the phone within minutes.
How has MLQ helped you better organize your sales and marketing?
MLQ has drastically helped better organize my overall business plan by simply reducing the time I have to leave the office to make estimate calls, As far as Marketing, it has been an amazing tool simply becaue 3 of my new leads get home late from work and dont want to bother with calling someone on the phone to get told they will give them a free estimate but it will be tomorrow or this weekend. If clients can get their price and pay for the service without picking up a phone, it makes their life so much easier.
Do you find the system easy to use and setup, and why?
Eeverything is simple.
Have your customers embraced this new type of quoting and marketing?
Not many of my new ones even know about this mainly because they know already what they are paying, but new leads are embracing it.
Compared to other software systems out there, that are similar in some respects, how is MLQ better/different from these (if you have used another software in the past, such as goiLawn, etc)
I have used GoLawn and was not satisfied with it mainly because of the hard to use navigation. So MLQ is the best out there.
How has MLQ helped decrease your operational and sales costs?
Through MLQ, we are now doing 90% of our quotes online. This has increased our ability to get the estimates to the customer immediately with not driving around to the property then measuring and leaving a paper quote. Since using MLQ, we have submitted over 150 quotes.
How has MLQ helped you generate more sales?
Spring is a crazy time and sometimes you just can't get all over town to give quotes. MLQ has provided us with a way to measure the property and get a quote to the customer immediately. Its a great system and Luke is very responsive to adjust MLQ to meet the needs of his customers.
How has MLQ helped you better organize your sales and marketing?
MLQ keeps track of our quotes in an orderly fashion where we can find the quote and get the customer implemented within our system once they sign up.
Do you find the system easy to use and setup, and why?
MLQ is very easy to set up and use. Its just inputting your data and specifics for your company then you can rock and roll.
Have your customers embraced this new type of quoting and marketing?
Yes my customers have embraced the new type of quoting and marketing in that once we obtain their email address, we have them their quote immediately. I think they really like it. Customers and potential customers don't want to wait this is a service oriented business and the first to the finish line wins.

I have never used any other system.

MLQ is a tool that has really increased our efficiency on getting quotes out! It saves us time which is crucial especially in the spring. We will be using MLQ from here on out!!
I have found the entire MyLawnQuote system to be a tremendous timesaver. The system allows a potential customer to measure their own property, and receive an instant quote. This is all based off from your own pricing structure, your branding, your services, all from a tool that can be integrated right into your own website.
But that is only half of the story! We implemented the MyLawnQuote system due to its powerful ability to streamline and categorize our outbound quoting, all while providing an extremely accurate and user friendly proposal system. Once the services were properly set up and our rates were entered into the system, we found it literally took 20-30 seconds to build a spot on accurate quote. Historically it took us thirty minutes or more for each quote to be produced using another popular satellite imagery system, an excel spreadsheet, and Quickbooks estimates.
MyLawnQuote seamlessly allows you to measure and quote based on the accurate satellite imagery measuring tool. Accuracy of the final quoted cost is future pinpointed by implementing the contractor designed surcharges that can be based on individual site conditions such as slopes, wet areas and wooded lots.
To top it all off, the response from our customers has been phenomenal. From ease of use, and the availability to allow each customers services and/or packages that we quoted to be individually selected from the customer’s standpoint. This has provided the freedom for our customer to be in control of what they are selecting, all while providing true verification that the customer understands what they are signing up for.
I only wish this system existed a decade ago!
